He was responsive, friendly, polite, and patient. We mostly communicated over text message but he is also available over the phone and email. He always encouraged me to visit properties that I was interested in and was happy to show the units. Stephane is a local from New Jersey and has a decent amount of knowledge of the industry and market. He provided insight on pricing and how buyers and sellers have been behaving when interest rates shot up. When it came to making an offer on the unit I ended up purchasing, Stephane strategized with me and walked me through the process. As this was my first purchase, I had a lot of questions and he was happy to answer them. He also connected me with a real estate attorney and home inspector, who did a good job to get me to closing. Overall, the process was pretty smooth and I had a pleasant experience working with Stephane.
