If you want the very best you will use Stephanie Giordano. My wife and I contacted her on Zillow and she called us back within 5 minutes. We told her we were first time home buyers and we were lost in the process. Stephanie had us into her offer for a first time home buyer consultation. Stephanie explain what to expect during our home buying process. We told her we had not been lender approved and she told us that she was a mortgage broker as well as a Real Estate broker. Within our first appointment we knew what we were qualified for and felt like we were in the best hands. Stephanie spent 3 months with us looking at over 70 homes. I thought she would give up on us but she always smiled and said " I am here with you to the very end" Finally she found us our dream home, but it doesn't stop there. I have now dealt with Ms. Giordano as a buyer and a seller and both interactions have been a negative experience. As a buyer she failed to show up to the showing, finally after many phone calls to her office and over an hour waiting in front of a house we were told she was not able to make it. As a seller she was rude and unprofessional. Do yourself a favor and find an agent that is knowledgeable, professional, and cares about the client!

As first time home buyers, my boyfriend and I were completely unaware of what to expect. We knew we wanted to buy a house, found Stephanie on the Internet, and started there. We often say to each other that this would have been a completely different experience if we hadn't had Stephanie with us for every moment of it.
