About Stefany Deroche

Multi-Million Dollar Producer (11 years experience) Stefany was born and raised in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. After getting married she settled in Thibodaux and has been a member of the Thibodaux Community for over 12 years now. She attended BRCC majoring in Business and Real Estate. Prior to obtaining her Real Estate License, she worked for several years in the Real Estate field. She worked as a Real Estate Abstractor performing title searches and also as a Closing Specialist for a Title Company. Stefany has experience from Pre-Closing to Post-Closing; from Title Exams to Disbursement. Stefany embraced the change from working behind the scenes in Real Estate to moving into more personal interaction with those she has been able to help buy and sell homes all across southern Louisiana.
