About Stanley Groves

Hi there! My name is Stan Groves. I was born a "Navy Brat" in the town of Oak Harbor, Washington. Growing up with my dad in the U.S. Navy has allowed me to live all over the United States. From Hawaii to Illinois and in California. We settled in the beautiful Pacific Northwest in 1984. My family is all from the Silver Valley specificially from Mullan, Idaho. I consider myself fortunate to have been brought up as a serviceman's son and even more blessed to have been raised in North Idaho. Having seen the "big cities" there's nothing like endless recreation, mountains, lakes, streams, and four seasons to keep things new and exciting. I love North Idaho and can't imagine ever living anywhere else. This passion for where I live is why I became a Realtor. I want to share what we have because everyone deserves to have a life like this. I am an owner/partner of True North Property Experts real estate team. Tiffany did not advocate for our home buying best interest. She seemed more interested in closing on the house for her benefit. She is not from Coeur d' Alene nor knowledgeable of the area.

My partner Boris and myself considered to buy one auction property in Post Falls, ID. Stan was able to visit this property, he provided amazing advices, gave tons of recommendations, pointed on property details and possible future repairs. Although we did not win the deal I would say that Stan was TOP-2 realtors which I have dealt during my long time real estate investing career with. Highly recommended, trustworthy, super knowledgable and responsive.

We were working with a loan agent who recommended Tiffany, ultimately that loan agent did not think he could loan on the property we wanted but lucky for us Tiffany found a loan agent that made it work!We told Tiffany the price we wanted to pay and unlike other agents have in the past, she told us we could ask. She negotiated the price we wanted to pay and worked with us through the process of selling our home and buying on a contingency sale (which is also difficult but our house sold in the first week it was listed and she did a good job marketing it). Tiffany is very fast to respond to any message and update on any news. She is not a pushy agent and will definitely let the buyer take take lead on things like price and such. In the end, we bought acerage in Post Falls which is a feat in itself right now, and she made it happen for us.
