Stanley was amazing and patient in finding us the perfect house! No easy task with a large family and very particular needs. ie ?we need ALL the amenities, in the largest square footage, for the lowest price!? But Stan delivered, and got us into our dream house with more space than we could imagine, in a great neighborhood, and a good price! We could not be more thrilled! Also, we sold our house with Stan, and again he was fantastic. He had a very professional photographer come and take pictures and video of our house and we couldn?t believe how good they turned out. It really showed our house to its full advantage. We had two open houses instead of doing a bunch of showings, and had several offers on the table by the end of the weekend! All we had to do was pick! The selling process was quick and simple. The buying process was harder in a hot market with low inventory, but we won out in the end with Stan?s constant help!
