It seems that most agents these days act like they are entitled to their commission simply for listing the property on MLS or showing their clients a few homes to purchase. Not Stacy. Her kindness and understanding, coupled with her knowledge of the areas in NC and ability to negotiate with other parties enabled me to find a house I could afford and move in when I needed to after the sale of my house in Florida. Stacy was very responsive to my many and frequent questions and also put up with me having to travel back and forth from FL to NC with my 3 dogs in tow--a situation that many people would not understand.
