I hired Stacy to sell our farm because I thought she would have our best interests in mind. We were let down by her lack of attentiveness, tartness, hard to get ahold of, stated she aEURoeDoesnt work for usaEUR? during a phone conversation and all around unprofessional. The issues are most likely because she is full time law enforcement and works real estate on her days off and between naps. She let us down and left everyone frustrated, including other realtors. We expected more for a $30k + commission. Save your time and hire a real agent.

Stacy was very helpful in finding a house that met our budget. She sent us new listings daily, showed us properties that we were interested in as soon as we asked to see them, and was not even slightly pushy to get us to close a deal asap, anything like that etc. When we found a place we liked, we found out it was temporarily off the market. Stacy was able to submit our offer within minutes of it being available and now we live in an awesome house that we previously could only dream about being in! (actually it still hasn't quite sunk in that this is really our house!) Though I was at times disappointed with lack of detailed info Stacy could give me about this property, I later found out it was due to it being a bank owned property (they purposely do not want to know details that they have to disclose). Regardless the house passed inspection and has been all that it appeared so far: a wonderful place to live. This has been a very positive experience. Thank you, Stacy!
