I can't recommend Stacy enough. We used Stacy to sell our home and to purchase our new home and had equally phenomenal experiences with both. She sold our Dunwoody home in less than 2 weeks for well over ask (in the month of December nonetheless). She quickly got us in to see any and all homes we were interested in, and even got our offer accepted amongst dozens of others for the house we now live in! It was less than 60 days TOTAL from the day we put our house on the market to the day we closed on our current home.
