How do you know that you are choosing the Right Realtor? Well let me tell you a little about myself. I am an active full time REALTOR(R) with Indian Springs Real Estate in Jackson County FL. I have grown up around the Real Estate business. My mother was a top Realtor for 25 years before her passing in late 2005. I have been in the Real Estate business for over 16 years. I started as a full time administrative assistant & processor in 1994 to my mother who was one of the top producers for Century 21 in Broward County Florida. In 1997 we moved offices & joined Re/Max also in Broward County Florida. In 1998, with a recommendation from my mother, I received a great opportunity to process files for the entire Re/Max office. From there I helped top agents successfully bring their files to the closing table. During this time I learned a lot about the Real Estate business. I decided in 2000 that I could better assist clients by obtaining my Real Estate License. Since then I has helped numerous satisfied Buyers and Sellers on my own. In late 2000, I joined my mother's Real Estate team with Re/Max. We produced as a team numerous satisfied buyers and sellers and received many team awards. In 2002, my mother moved to Northwest Florida. I decided not join another team, but to try serving clients on my own. Not only was I successful in listing and selling an abundant amount of single family homes, town homes and condos, but I received many awards on my own. I moved to Jackson County Florida in mid 2003 where I brought my knowledge & expertise. I joined Exit Realty Northwest as a full time Realtor. In June 2008 the Exit Realty office closed so I chose Indian Springs Real Estate, where I feel I can be even more successful! Following in my mother's footsteps I became a multi million-dollar producer on my own in South Florida and in Northwest Florida. I received the prestigious Bronze & Silver awards from Exit Realty International during my time with Exit. I also received the Platinum, Diamond and gold awards from the Chipola Area Board of Realtors where I have been an active member since 2003. I also just received the 2010 Realtor Citizen of the Year and the 2010 Busy Bee award from the Chipola area Board of Realtors. Within my time at the Chipola Area Board of Realtors I have served on multiple committees including, the RPAC committee, Awards Committee, Grievance Committee and Professional Standards Committee both for a 3 year term. Since 2004 I have consecutively served on the MLS Committee and was the chairperson for 2007 and currently the MLS chairperson again for 2011. In 2009 I joined the Community Affairs committee & Social Committee where I served as the Chairperson for 2009-2010. I also volunteer at the extra activities and community events the Chipola Area Board of Realtors have to offer. I serve as a director on the Chipola area Board of Realtors, Board of Directors for 2011. I am blessed with a wonderful family who completely supports my professional endeavors. Glen and I reside in Marianna and have been married for fifteen years. We have three sons Jon-Alan, Alex, and Cole. I am a member of St. Anne's Catholic Church in Marianna where I enjoy volunteering, The Boy Scouts of America, Marianna Middle School where I am a volunteer on the VIP team and the Chipola Area Board of Realtors.
