ZillowVERIFIEDRented from Patricia and one of the worst landlords Ive ever had. It was her own house prior to us renting. The house had a huge mouse problem before we moved in. that she said was not her responsibility and fought me to get it taken care of but finally agreed when I showed her all the evidence of an infestation. She continued to have her mail sent to our house. She very clearly did not clean the carpets before we moved in because they smelled like pee from her animals but she lied and said she did and then charged us again for carpet cleaning when we moved out even though they were cleaner than when we moved in because we had to clean them 2 months before moving out because we couldnt take in anymore. The cleaner even told us he picked up a lot of black pet hair in one room and stains that were there when we moved in were gone so obviously she did not have them cleaned before she left. Per her lease, we got the house professionally cleaned instead of cleaning it ourselves but she charged us for cleaning anyways even though we met the lease requirement and the house was way cleaner than when we got it. There were marks all over the walls from them moving out and just general damage that was never painted over but clearly she had not painted at all before we moved in. But she charged us when we moved out for having to paint over two holes that we had filled in from hanging something.
