Having Stacie Rudolfs in our corner was a stroke of luck! Her knowledge of the area, real estate expertise, and negotiating skills are second to none. The purchasing process was astonishingly quick because of Stacie's mortgage contacts and her superior understanding of the Veteran's Administration requirements. We were honestly dumbfounded when after another realtor advised our property would not meet VA standards, but Stacie spent a few hours and low and behold - contract papers began to flow our way! We moved in one month after we began and would not be in this home of our dreams if we had worked with any realtor other than Stacie Rudolfs. Stacie has continued to follow up with the Homes for Heroes program and also to make sure we were still satisfied with our purchase.
