This was my first home buying experience and I felt like I could trust her all the way through with my well-being in mind. There was some difficulty with the sellers not being honest on their property disclosure regarding termite damage, which was discovered after the home inspection (glad I paid extra for the termite inspection!) She was adamant that the proper demands were placed on the seller to remediate any existing problems and provide preventative measures against future issues.
