Couldntve asked for a better realtor. Responsive, personable, and knowledgeable. Stacie went out of her way to make this purchase as easy as possible, not to mention the time taken to find our home. It was kind of a long process, but we always felt we were being guided down the right path. There were no hidden realtor fees, we got access to great accommodations and services for any needs that a potential or new buyer may need, and Stacie was patient with any inquiries and/or can direct you to the right person if she doesn't have the information. We'd buy another house just to feel this special again. No need though since this one is great.

Stacie went far beyond the norm in getting our little condo sold. What we both hoped would be a slam-dunk, quick sale turned into a labor intensive grind. Stacie and her team were able to get the job done with a little help from their legal council - yep, it was that difficult. The condo's HOA blew one sale for us and nearly did it again but Stacie got creative with carrots and sticks. I could not recommend her highly enough.
