ZillowVERIFIEDOur experience with Stacia was frustrating to say the least. My husband and I are re-locating to Goodyear for work and came across a rental home listed under Stacia. The reason I gave her two stars is the initial process working with Darrelle was great. We were very upfront with our credit history and where we are at in the process of re-building. I was shocked when talking to Stacia at how condescending she was towards me, evening questioning my new job and if I could pass their criminal background check. After a lengthy conversation about my job offer, credit background and challenges, she made the decision to move us forward knowing full well our history. We paid application fees and after waiting to hear all I received was a one line email that we were declined. I would not recommend working with Stacia unless you want someone starring down their nose at you.

She was on the ball at all times, and never let anything slip through her hands. We were moving from out of state, and were finishing the buying process while still in Houston. So her ability to work with all parties involved and get everything done on a timely manner was incredible.

All aspects of the listing and sale were explained in detail; she and her team communicated regularly with me and answered any questions I had right away. She was very particular how to set up my home for the best photos and showings and had a full array of vendors I could hire to make sure any repairs were done as needed. She is the only realtor that purchased a home warranty for me for the few months my house was listed, which was above and beyond. Because I felt I was in such capable hands I chose to move before I sold the house. She sold my house for the listing price, everything went quite smoothly. She caught any minor errors in the settlement statement- to my favor. She had an excellent cleaning company to offer me so I could pack out and leave, knowing the house would be clean for the new buyers. I strongly recommend her and her team. She is the best I have worked with! I took the time to do my research when I chose her company and I'm glad I did.

Darrelle set up showings for Sunday before I had to return to California. I bought a house in cantamia and she was awesome thru the whole process. She is very knowledgeable locally and knows her stuff. I would highly recommend her for anyone looking to purchase a home
