Marketing is key to selling a home it isn't only placing your home on the local MLS. Video, staging, professional photography, and communication is key to getting top dollar. Social media, web syndication, Facebook marketing, and more than local presence is key to bringing in all potential buyers. As you know most buyers in Bend are coming from out of state and virtual marketing helps those potential buyers feel prepare to purchase.

I have worked with first time home buyers, seasoned buyers, investors, luxury buyers, vacation home seekers, Veteran buyers, FHA buyers, Conventional buyers, 1031 exchange buyers, reallocation buyers, foreclosure buyers, and short sale buyers. I have also worked sellers in most categories including: 1031 exchanges, foreign national, investors, luxury, short term rentals, condos, and residential sellers looking to purchase at the same time.

I am currently working with a seller relocating to another area of Oregon. I am working closely with their buyer agent near Portland to seamlessly sell their home here in Bend, and plan dates around their new home purchase. It was a priority for me to plan for the seller to have a stay back in their home after close so they have time to pack and move. Less stress for my client is key at the start of our conversation. I worked as a personal assistant to a top producer on the island of Hawaii. Once I realized I was running their office operations, managing all transactions, and tracking all production it was time for me to start on my own.
