We moved from NJ to NC which could have been extremely stressful. However, Christina did a wonderful job helping us through this process. ZillowVERIFIEDWe found Bethaina from Stacy Sauls group when we were looking into building a home and she had connections to the builder we wanted. As we started to explore that option we constantly changed our minds and had a million ideas for buying/building/waiting/offering now. Bethaina remained flexible with us and never once seemed like our indecisiveness was an inconvenience to her! As listings popped up she was always available right when we texted or very soon after so we never missed looking at a property. When we finally found a home to offer on she guided us on being competitive. We did not get the first home we offered on. I add this bc thats the climate right now and she handled delivering the bad news to us really well. She gave us a moment to digest it and we jumped right back in to looking. When we offered on the home we ended up getting she was aggressive with our wants (it was overpriced and what we offered SEEMED to low but it wasnt) Bethaina went in and was very much OUR voice when talking to the other parties. If we needed to be educated on why something we wanted couldnt happen she would do that but in front of the other realtor and sellers we were definitely one voice. I would highly recommend Bethaina if you want a realtor that is going to go to bat for you and is not too timid to ask. Worst someone can say is no and she recognizes that!!!
