I first met Stacey in 2017 when looking to purchase our current home. I had been with a realtor who was very slow in pulling listings and he really had no ambition. After the third home we put an offer in was too late I be accepted, I was done and happened to find a home Stacey had listed was showing. This is my the 7th home I have purchased in my life time and by far this was the best experience in home purchasing. I have to give Stacey the the majority of the credit. She found a perfect fit for what we were looking for in our vacation/retirement to be home. We are extremely happy with it. She helped me to negotiate a fair deal and even got the seller to kick in the model furniture that was displayed in the home. She hooked me up with a loan broker that was extremely professional and got me an excellent rate. She did my walk through for me with the contractor as I live in Maine and this home is in FLorida. She found several small items that needed correction. When we finally went to see the house four weeks after closing the house was in perfect shape. She guided all parties through the closing and we closed before the original projected date. Every detail was watched by her and she even found some mistakes and got them corrected immediately in the final contract. Then when we had appliances and additional finished items sent to the house she even assisted me in making sure the deliveries were accomplished without any issue because she was on the other end intercepting the deliveries.
