What clients say about this agent....
We just finished our first home purchase, with Stacey representing us. When we ran into some difficulties with our lender, I was so thankful that Stacey was there to help deal with the chaos: she was responsive, on top of the situation, and looking out for our best interests. We had to extend our contract a couple times and Stacey was negotiated better terms than I would have on my own. Even after the sale was closed, Staceys gone out of her way to help with a couple of issues that have come up. Id highly recommend choosing Stacey to represent you!
TL;DR (Too long, didn?t read) at the bottom. Picking a realtor is a BIG deal. In Lakeport I have bought and sold a house. I learned a lot about real estate and realtors from these two transactions. The people I bought FROM had a less than stellar realtor and I had a great one. That resulted in a great deal for me. When it came time to sell, I figured I would use Stacey again, but my daughter who is in the industry suggested a realtor who ?has more sales?. Hmm, OK, I?ll talk to her. I did, she TALKED a good game, but then she never followed through. More sales? Maybe low hanging fruit? I don?t know, sooooo. . .I called Stacey, admitted my naughtiness and listed it with her. I think it took her FOUR DAYS to sell it. Three of the five offers I received were at or over the listing price. At the same time I sold my house, I bought another house in another city. I have a realtor there too, but she isn?t Stacey. She does her job and that transaction went smoothly enough, but I had to ask about things or verify things or wait for information. Being able to compare multiple agents helps me really appreciate what a gem Stacey is. That?s why you?re reading reviews right?to get information, and learn from other people?s mistakes or successes? Everybody loves a new (anything), because it?s new and they don?t have anything to compare it with. My colleague has been trying to sell his house for months and hasn?t gotten any offers. Needless to say he can?t believe my house sold in a few days with multiple offers, and he is switching realtors! There is more to selling your house (or buying one) than finding a buyer or finding a house. A good realtor protects your interest, advises you on all aspects of the transaction and has the resources and knowledge to help you. There were times a year or two after buying my house I would call Stacey with THE question??Who do you know that can (fill in the blank. . .do irrigation, plumbing, electrical etc?). I have made her recommendations into friends. The plumber, the electrician, and others she has recommended have never let me down. Her lender recommendation is amazing and I just used her on my new house . Actually she made buying the first house possible. Yet another reason to pick a quality realtor. ?How could you have even considered another realtor? you are probably asking yourself? I asked myself the same question, but ultimately I made the right decision. Sorry Stacey for considering another realtor. TL;DR: Used Stacey to buy, used Stacey to sell, saved money on the ?buy?, made money on the ?sell?, sold the house in four days and got great recommendations along the way.
Experience counts! Stacey is the real deal - she knows what shes doing. Its great to have a real estate professional who I can really trust. Stacey put us in touch with a great lender, all our questions were answered, her market knowledge was amazing, and she negotiated our contract so that we got everything we wanted. Now we are in our dream home.
Stacey, from Konocti Realty was a tremendous help guiding us through the process of selling our home. From the very beginning of preparing our home to put on the market through the closing of escrow, she was always available and quick to answer any questions I might have. Little suggestions such as pulling up the worn carpet in one room to expose hard wood flooring throughout the house was something I wouldnt have thought of but happy she did. Thank you Stacey for making the whole process go so smoothly after we were ready for market. We are happy we chose Konocti Realty to help sell our home.
Stacey was punctual and professional from our first meeting all the way through closing. She always was available to promptly address our needs and concerns. We would recommend that anyone who needs the services of a realtor hire Stacey Mattina
I was selling a home long distance and was connected with Stacey through another realtor. He felt that Stacey was the most qualified realtor in that area to help me with the sale of my home. Stacey was easy to work with. She was very patient, offering recommendations based on her knowledge of the market, but ultimately allowing us to make our own decisions. We decided we wanted to hold fast on the price until the market picked up and as a result the house was listed for 236 days. She never pressured us to drop the price in order to sell faster. Once we started getting offers, Stacey was quick to move things along and worked well with the buyers agents on the negotiations. Additionally, since I was long distance, Stacey frequently checked up on the house to make sure there werent any issues and recommended a reliable handyman when there were. She didnt just list the house and do the paperwork, she provided her expertise on the entire process and really cared about making sure the home was taken care of while it was vacant.
Stacey is the best agent ever. So steady, smart, sensitive to my emotions (when I needed it); and reassuring, and practical....has invaluable local knowledge, as well as regional knowledge spanning to Oregon and neighboring states. Stacey is a TRUE advocate for your situation both financially and quality of life, she truly knows how important it is to find just the right place to call home.
My home burned down in paradise and Stacey realized my situation that I needed to find a home fast, unfortunately the first house didn?t work out but we went and viewed another home that same day and was able to get an offer excepted right before another person made an offer on the home, if it wasn?t for her I?d still be living in my car. thanks, Stacey for all you do!
Stacey was simply perfect! She seemed to know exactly what was needed at all times to make the process seem rather effortless! Very accommodating with her schedule and a pleasure to work with!! Would definitely recommend her to my friends and family!
I sort of chose Stacy as my realtor, but partly circumstance chose her. I was supposed to use the aunt of a friend of mine. Stacy agreed to show me properties with the understanding that the other realtor (from another agency) was going to get the sale if I bought. She willingly showed me properties anyway and I decided that she was going to be my realtor. She was (and is) responsive, knowledgeable and has all the important contacts. She introduced me to Jennifer Beeston (use her for your mortgage) as well as a few other contractors I needed. Call her when you want to buy or sell
