Hi! I am so happy you found your way to my page. I'm Stacey, I've been a licensed Realtor(R) in OH since 2010 and MI since 2019 with RE/MAX Preferred Associates. I am one of the Top 100 Agents in NW OH in 2023, among the top 10% of all Ohio Real Estate Professions and a RE/MAX Hall of Fame recipient. I struggle mentioning any awards I receive because they don't define me and I'm actually pretty humble. However, I do love that they show you that being a Realtor is my Profession and it is my passion. I am proud to have a position on the the OH Ethics Committee and the Professional Standards Committee acting as an Ombudsman/Mediator when needed. Should I do a final walk-through?

Hey Mike! Absolutely recommend a final walkthrough on the day of closing. It is your last opportunity to verify that the condition of property is still the same, that any/all of the agreed upon appliances/fixtures/window treatments etc are still in the home and also good to see that all of the sellers personal belongings have been removed. It is no fun to inherit a garage full of junk that is hard to get rid of. If you don't get possession at close it's still great to do your final walk through and snap a few pics of the condition just in case there's a quesiton a month later when you do take possession.
