About Stacey Clendenin

I am so proud to be a part of Realty ONE Group At The Beach at the Oregon Coast. I love to help clients meet their real estate goals, whether that be to sell or purchase a property. I have analyzed the Oregon Coast sales data for several years and am knowledgeable about the area attractions and benefits. I have educated myself on circumstances unique to the territory making me a local expert. I take great pride in building strong relationships and providing excellent customer service to all parties related to each transaction so the finish line can be reached as smoothly as possible. I am committed and passionate toward each client when it comes to guiding them through a home selling or purchasing experience. I have lived in many areas of Oregon and appreciate the surrounding beauty on the Oregon Coast and strive to get out in it as much as possible! I earned my Bachelors degree in General Social Science from Portland State University and my Masters of Arts in Teaching from Pacific University. I taught for 7 years, owned a restaurant and dance hall for 4 years, and then was so lucky to be home with my kids for a few years. I am a service and detail oriented person who loves to help people in a variety of ways. In my spare time I love to be with my family and friends, enjoy working out, focusing on good nutrition and healthy living for my family, and being outdoors! I will work to help you have a positive experience whether purchasing or selling real estate! I love helping people to fulfill their real estate goals and look forward to helping you!

Stacey and her team member, Alishia, were not originally my listing agents. They brought their professionalism and expertise to a somewhat messy situation and turned it around, reaching not only my goal, but the goals of everyone else involved. I've now purchased five houses with the help of agents. Stacey is the only one I'd ever recommend to a friend or family member. Her knowledge of Oregon coastal real estate is nuanced and vast, and she's highly skilled in dealing with seller's agents. I always felt she was looking out for my interest and that her commission was never a motivating factor as we perused new listings and eventually negotiated on the houses I offered (the first fell through after a problematic inspection). She loves her job, and her enthusiasm was a great energy to be around as we house-hunted LC and Salishan Spit. She did a fabulous job of observing what I gravitated to in terms of aesthetic and natural settings and guiding me toward those properties. Ill certainly call Stacey whenever I need an agent in this area.
