With listings, as in all transactions, communication is everything, and I'm always available to my clients. Understanding how to get the absolute most amount of money possible in this market comes with extensive experience on both the buying and selling end. My sellers love that I walk them through the details and fight for the "little things." And, because I own rental properties I am well-connected with great vendors, and I can often save my clients hundreds or thousands of dollars as they get their home ready to sell or work on contract-required repairs. This is now the third time we have worked with Spencer on buying houses and truly we wouldn't use anybody else. Spencer helped us find a house in SLC while we were living out of state. He went above and beyond going to look at houses for us and filming them so we could see. He's honest about what he thinks and won't try to talk you into anything. He even took his contractor dad over to a house we were thinking about buying to see what he thought and told us not to buy it. He also has an extensive list of tradespeople he works with and is very connected in the community. He definitely made the stressful process of buying a house while living out of state as easy as possible. Hopefully this is our last move for a long time but I will always send friends and family his way.

Spencer was so patient and flexible to accommodate our schedules and demands while on our search for our dream house. When my husband and I found the house we loved, Spencer scheduled an appointment to see the house that morning, and he was able to make things happen so that we were under contract by that afternoon. We have worked with Spencer twice and defintely put him to the test both times. This last time when we listed our house it was the first day of quarantine and then the earthquake happened the next day. Even under those unusual and stressful circumstances Spencer kept calm (which helped us a ton!) and was able to help us sell quickly and above asking price.
