We had an outstanding experience working with Spencer to buy our first home. Spencer went above and beyond to make sure we were informed about all our options at every phase of the process. He promptly responded to our questions and made us feel comfortable navigating from start to finish. He offered a lot of advice about topics such as finding the best deal for our mortgage rate. He wasn't pushy, offered his expertise and shared his local market knowledge when we asked specific questions. Spencer's detail-oriented approach meshed well with us and he made sure to bring special touches to the experience.

I had an extremely frustrating experience working with Spencer Sifinski and Carolina Collective Realty. Throughout the entire process their lack of professionalism and poor communication was shockingly bad and left us completed unsupported while they failed their responsibilities on even the most straight forward of home purchases. After pressuring us to work with them as buyers agents while also acting as the sellers agent, we were led to believe that our offer wouldn't be considered if we didn't contract Carolina Collective Realty to represent us in this transaction. They proceeded to negotiate against us and ultimately drove our offer to well above the asking price despite ours being the first offer received. Once our offer was accepted Spencer fell off the face of the earth and our emails to the managing broker of Carolina Collective Realty, Mahala Landin, were met with short rude answers rather then any sort of apology. Our due diligence period came and went with Spencer ignoring our calls and emails and Carolina Collective Realty, Mahala Landin in particular being of little to no help. They cause our closing date to be moved twice. We never heard from Spencer or were given an answer as to why he disappeared once we had an offer accepted. They would not let us severe the contract between us stating they met their responsibilities. Our real estate attorney agreed that this was un acceptable behavior and when he plead on our behalf to Mahala he was again met with rudeness and Mahala dismissed our frustrations. This was a short overview of just some of the failures we experienced on behalf of Spencer Sifinski, Mahala Landin, and Carolina Collective Realty. My wife and I found Spencer and Mahala to be pushy and more interested in closing a deal quickly rather than ensuring that our needs as a buyer were met. I would not recommend them to anyone looking for a competent and reliable real estate agent. Their lack of professionalism, poor communication, and pushy behavior make them ill-suited for helping clients. There are so many great real estate agents out there. Please save yourself from the experience we had and use literally any other realtor/realty group.

Spencer did an outstanding job! I have worked with agents in the past and he is by far the best I have ever worked with!! He was very responsive and always on top of it. The purchase of the new house was smooth and seamless! I highly recommend him if you are buying or selling. In a world where customer service is a lost art, Spencer is keeping that art alive and far exceeded our expectations!
