ERIK - He handled the pre-listing timelines and media package that was included in the listing (for freeeee!) and he was outstanding. Respectful, conversational, and always willing to bend over backwards to help (literally...sorry about the furniture that needed to be shifted). LACEY - Once we had a quick accepted offer, she ran the show with logistics! She was always two steps ahead of us and answered every question quickly and thoroughly - a true transaction angel. AMANDA - The unsung hero of the team. When you call the office, you'll often talk to Amanda who is the ringleader of the crew. Spencer Real Estate did an excellent job of selling the property quickly and efficiently updating you on progress on a weekly basis and always available for any questions may have. They are also very patient.
