About Spencer Hegenbarth

I was born and raised in the La Crosse area. I bought my first home when I was only 19 after coming home from a combat deployment in Fallujah, Iraq. I spent over 8 1/2 years in the Marine Corps reserve. Buying a home at a young age exposed me to the excitement and hassles of the home buying process. As an agent it is my job to take away that stress and give you the best experience possible. It is my duty to be accessible to you at all times. Do not be afraid to text, email or call me late at night, early in the morning, or even on holidays. Communication is paramount, a trait the military ingrained into my head and one that is reinforced in real estate. Whether you're buying your first home, selling your current home, or just have questions about homes please call me. Children's Miracle Network is RE/MAX's national partner and I am proud to be a Children's Miracle Network Miracle Agent. A portion of every sale and listing goes directly to helping kids on our local area. Interests: I enjoy jogging, CrossFit, volleyball, and riding my motorcycle in the summer. When the weather demands I remain inside, I love bowling in leagues, working out and playing basketball at the YMCA, reading, playing board/card games, and I am a huge movie buff. Community Involvement: I am the past Chairman of the Young Professionals of the Coulee Region and still remain on the committee. An active member of the Chamber of Commerce. I am a member and volunteer at the Onalaska American Legion. I have been a guest speaker for Memorial Day and Veterans Day events in the local area. I enjoyed being a Dale Carnegie graduate and was a coach. Every year I volunteer for Junior Achievement and give my time as much as possible for Children's Miracle Network.

I found Spencer through Zillow while looking at purchasing a home in the area. I feel extremely fortunate that we connected because I found Spencer to be a fantastic agent to work with. Buying a house from a distance is not easy and Spencer made this process both doable and pleasant. His expertise of the current market, local knowledge and persistence was invaluable to us. He provided a listening ear and calming encouragement when we were stressed and was without exception always responsive no matter the time of day. His ability to negotiate and help us navigate a challenging housing market helped us find our new home in record time. Spencer also went the extra mile in helping us examine the condition of the houses he showed us and we so appreciated his integrity. His sense of humor was an added plus that delighted us. We first meet Spencer we when we here in Pa Crosse to find our next home. We reached out to him as we needed a agent in the area.
