If she was not available for a showing, she sent one of her other team members to accommodate. We were first time buyers and had to have everything explained. We didnt even know what the words escrow, due diligence, and appraisal addendum meant. No matter how many questions, even if I made her repeat herself, she was aways patient and helpful which was very important to us because we were so nervous as first-timers. But she held our hands through the whole process and Im sure youll have the same experience. She was on top of every situation, and took initiative on smoothing out issues with lenders, and spoke up when she sensed fishiness from lenders or sellers to protect us.
