She connected me with a lender that helped me with items on my credit; and she also helped me discover the correct lender for my mortgage loan based on my improved credit. If there was something I didnt under she had no problem with breaking things down for me with simple explanations and examples. She communicated great with my bank lender and my homes builder; while advocating for my needs and wants. She always returned my phone calls and emails within 24 hours; and most times she responded with 2-4 hours the same day. During the walk throughs of my newly built home, she wasnt afraid to address concerns or questions with the builder to make sure things were being done correctly for my home. She also did surprise visits (with us receiving pre-approval of times and days that we could visit the home) to make sure things looked good, was safe, materials was in great shape, etc. If I ever purchase another home or sell my current home, I will 100% utilize her services again!
