Jocelyn and Sonya helped me buy a house and sell a house all within a few months. Not only did they help explain all the paperwork involved but they had a list of vendors to help with all aspects of fixups, repairs, cleaning, and moving. They are a great team.

Ordinarily, working with someone who actually does what they say they're going to do would not even be worthy of a comment. In this day and age, unfortunately, it's not only rare but it's worth mentioning. These two are really on the ball. When they say they're going to take care of something consider it done. We ended up getting more money for our house than we thought possible, it sold in 2 days, and then we discovered and purchased a beautiful home in a great neighborhood. Stacy, the mortgage professional on their team was also exceptional. When we decided on spending more, her quick actions allowed us to buy our dream home. It is hard to imagine how our experience could possibly be any better than it has been with both deals now done. There was so much involved in both selling and buying that if we hadn't had the help of Jocelyn, Sonya, and their Team, we believe it could have been disastrous. If we could rate them over 5 stars we would. We offer our very highest recommendation. Repeatedly over the 4 months with the 2 houses, from start to finish, we got exactly what we needed and wanted as soon as we requested it.
