1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
For buyers, it is important to be realistic; know what you want but also be able to compromise if you are buying with a spouse who has varying taste. Give a little, get a little...it goes a long way.
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
Always be ready to show your home. If you vacate the property, keep it staged so that buyers get a good idea of how the home would look with their belongings in it.
3) What types of clients have you worked with?
Mostly residential buyers and vacation property purchases. I also enjoy working with cash investors as well as international investors and my business has recently seen an increase in those types of clients.
4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
Any transaction where my client is happy is always a great one! Placing someone in their little slice of paradise is an amazing feeling and such a rewarding career.
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
I took a couple of real estate courses in college and always had it on my bucket list, but between the military and other endeavors, I didn't revisit it until later in life. Helping people has always been at the core of my being; it drives me, helps me sleep at night to know I have made someone else's day a little brighter.
6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
I feel my military and business backgrounds benefit my clients. I listen to what my clients want and I look out for their interests....that's important to them. Integrity is first and foremost in everything I do.
