He also worked diligently to find us new listings every time we scheduled a day to meet up. He had a great attitude, he was very punctual, and he was very honest. He made sure the home he helped us find was one where he could see himself living. We were very happy with Daniel!

ZillowVERIFIEDI hardly give bad/negative reviews but I wish I had a choice to give zero stars. I am giving them one only because its the least. The reason is because I Hired one of their agents names ishitha thiyagi, seeing the firms good reviews. Was very sweet initially. But We dint really get any discounts because of hiring her. I made friends in the same community and realized they got an additional 10k discount and also got their building on promised date while mine had extended up to 20 days, close to three weeks( duh, had to spend extra on my lease extension) also she kept supporting the builder the entire time. I wish I had hired someone who would have backed me up and supported me. lost money and time because of bad realtor. Please make sure you see realtors individual ratings as well as someone who knows they are working for you and not the other way around before you hire them. I dont think she was worth 1/4th of what she received because of me. She met me exactly thrice and showed me a single property, my sales consultant wouldnt give me any updates nor would my realtor till I had literally begged her. I would stay away from a firm that hires someone who is incapable of doing their job for the client. Definitely not returning for their services. Did I receive any leads/ help with anything because of her, I would say that was also none. It just doesnt make sense. Please stay away and afar to save your money !!

He also encouraged me as a first time buyer that it was a smart move in my situation and always had answers to my questions. I was nervous about having a mortgage but he was right!
