Nilab was the worst realtor I have ever worked with. She presented herself as familiar with the way we were selling the home (through seller financing), yet she knew nothing at the process, and I, as the homes seller, had to educate her every step of the way. She pushed me into selling and changed her commission from what we had previously agreed upon, and then at the end of the sale admitted she had never done one of these before and didnt know how they worked. She pushed me to sign documents to get the sale going faster because she wanted her commission. I would never work with her again.
