Didnt want to go through all the open houses, signs, etc. Wanted a reasonable, low key transaction as our house was partially renovated and we wanted a fair price. Was referred to Song by a realtor friend of ours. On the same day we talked he brought a buyer that was a perfect match for what we wanted. Sold the house the same day!
