We worked with April Breedlove of the Parker Rich Group. Here is our review of the partnership: Exceeds Expectations: - April gave us a wonderful gift as a congratulations for closing. She wrote a very kind note to us, and this meant a lot. - April began helping unload our moving truck with us without being prompted. And offered to stay and help for an hour or so. We thanked her for the kindness, but let her know she didn't need to help. She has also been responsive post moving in for any questions or concerns that we have encountered. Meets Expectations: - April did a good job in the initial preliminary discussion to explain the overall process steps in purchasing a home. - April did a good job helping us adjust our initial offer to be competitive for the home against 2+ other offers. - April was flexible to touring homes last minute, and proactively looked for additional homes in the surrounding areas we went to for us to go and see. - April was quick to respond or return calls within 24 hours. Was typically prompt, and reliable in communication. Below Expectations: - April was consistently late (10+ min) to every home showing, and in only one instance communicated to us of her delay. - April was not as clear to us of the drawbacks on our competitive, adjusted offer we submitted on the home. We are first time home buyers, and didn't fully understand the terms or concessions we had made. This could be argued that this is our responsibility, and in fairness, we could have done better to ask the right questions--but we hoped our agent would be a better partner in the holistic explanation of our offer on the home. - April expressed repeatedly that we are in a sellers market, and to a degree this is accurate. However we had a couple items we were particular about and communicated clearly on in terms of where we'd like to capture value in the negotiation and our timeline for assuming possession of the home. April unfortunately was not able to secure any value for us in the negotiations, and repeatedly pressured us to give concessions that we were clearly communicated our unwillingness and inability to move on. At times it felt she was more an advocate for the seller than for us. - April pressured us twice to contact my corporate relocation company to tell them that we were not using their services. April asked us to do this because she explained that the company would take a portion of her commission on the sale of the home.

Jeff and Sondra did a great job with helping us sell our house. The first realtor that we hired ended up being a nightmare and was not working well with us at all. After speaking with Jeff and asking his advice, we were able to fire the first realtor and sign a new contract with Jeff and Sondra. They were willing to take on our situation with grace and professionalism that we had not experienced with our first choice. During the holidays, the cold, along with rising interest rates, Jeff was able to turn our situation around and sold our home in a timely fashion. He went above and beyond the call of duty for us with many hours, nights and weekends. We ended up in a great position, as he made the best decisions based on his expertise in this market. We were in great hands with Jeff and his team! We would recommend him to anyone who wants an honest, knowledgeable, results driven realtor. It was a pleasure to work with Jeff!

Jeff is a pleasure to work with. He treats you like you are his only client. He's responsive and proactive in learning your house hunting wishes.
