When my Uncle died I needed help from a real estate agent to sell his house. I live in Maryland but my Uncle lived in Oakland. Taking care of my uncles affairs from across the US was not easy and I wouldnt have been able to do it without Sohrab. Not only did he help with selling the house he also was very knowledgeable in all aspects of real estate. He also provided me with numerous business contacts in California to help me with my Uncles estate. One of the best things about working with Ruby is she would not push you into buying a property. In addition, if you are going way over the comps while writing an offer, she will flag appraisal gap that right away. We were able to get an excellent deal for our home, thanks to her negotiation skills. She has excellent knowledge of Fremont/UC/Milpitas neighborhoods, she will get you in touch with mortgage lenders, insurance agents, contractors (as I mentioned go to).
