ZillowVERIFIEDI had a difficult property to sell--a beautiful house on 40 acres in a remote area. However, it lacked a well, and used cisterns for water catchment, something made many potential buyers turn away. After doing research on who looked at my site on line she came up with a price plan, an advertising plan, and a back up plan. We never had to use the back up plan. The house was sold at a price not far from our initial price point. Hurray! Sofia answered all my calls immediately, was as always direct and to the point, dispatched all paperwork quickly, always went out to the remote site to show the house, and was quick to learn and show to buyers all the intricacies of the cistern system.
