I recently had the pleasure of working with Sofi from Remax to purchase a new dream home. This was my second time buying home in Honolulu and first home buying was easy and had no issues so I was not worried. This time home buying experience was way different. The process was complicated because seller changed mind after they accepted offer. We were pleased that offer was exceptionally favorable to us. But later Seller changed mind; they had another offer with cash and higher price. Seller delays the needed repair and not cooperative it seems clear that they try to breach of contract. Sofi had to follow up with not just seller?s agent. Sofi had to have her boss and seller agent?s boss and she had everyone involved to make sure the process moving forward. She was always acted on our best interest and followed up diligently. If we didn?t have Sofi as our agent my husband and I would not have this place. Sofi is amazing. My husband and I were joking. we are glad Sofi was buyer?s agent not the other way around. She really the one I can recommend to my friend and family with confidant. Her knowledge and experience, combined with her patient approach, made this otherwise stressful event a smooth and successful process. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for top-notch real estate agent.

Oh My Gosh. I REALLY lucked out with Sofi Virabyan I contacted her through this Zillow website while I was inquiring about condos in Honolulu, and she took the time to explain the different condos, leasehold, fee simple. She showed me some condos and we put in an offer for one on Beretania for the price we offered. The sellers agent was amicable, and Sofi led this sale from offer to acceptance to a mortgage lender referral to inspection to final recording and keys. She went ABOVE AND BEYOND what a realtor would do. Since Im not on the island, I had to use her for personal stuff (getting my keys, meeting with contractors and painters, checking out light fixtures at Lowes) after the sale and she did it with no problem. In fact, I have a couple of friends who want to buy in Honolulu, and without a doubt, will I refer them to Sofi. Sofi is an excellent realtor and I am very pleased. Five stars*****
