Sloan and Kim are top notch all the way!!! They are very knowledgeable, trustworthy, and willing to go above and beyond your expectations. Their expertise and professionalism was a huge benefit in acquiring a property out of state in this difficult market. As California residents our number one priority was having a team who was willing to conduct remote viewings and who we could trust with detailed videos. Sloan and Kim came highly recommended and set the bar for the team we were looking for. They made themselves available for remote viewings and when we flew into town without an appointment, Sloan and Kim were always available. They were very quick with scheduling showings and researching everything about the properties prior to arrival. They answered every question we had about the properties including zoning and permit procedures if needed.
