The BEST!!! Tammy was amazing. We had a lot in common and as first time homebuyers she made it stress free and did all the foot work for us. She was our third realtor. She explained everything step by step so we werent left in the dark. Having the right realtor makes it so much easier and less stressful when they have your best interest at heart. We contacted Tammy and Simi after someone recommended them as being the best team for a military family moving to Rhode Island. We were in the process of interviewing multiple other realtors and immediately after we hung with them we knew they were the team for us! We had a tight time line to purchase and they made sure we had many homes to choose from in the areas we wanted to buy with in our price range. With only 3 days to show us homes they planned out our showings and made themselves completely available to us day and night!! This included also viewing homes for us and taking videos and pictures, etc. I should add that we were searching in North Kingstown and East Greenwich and they are located in Newport/Portsmouth areas. So, quite a drive and time out of their busy schedules to make the trip to our area!! Once in escrow, my husband and I were not co-located and Tammy and Simi were here in RI and not a day went by where they didn't ensure we spent time each evening (some pretty late) on phone calls or text chat working any issue that came up. This held true all the way up until closing day! They tirelessly worked on our behalf and I give them my highest recommendation to anyone wishing to buy or sell in the Newport area!!!! Especially military families! As military spouses themselves they greatly understand our challenges which is essential when moving to a location with a low military presence.We love our home and got such an amazing deal all in part to their efforts!!! A truly amazing team!

My husband and I used Simi and Tammy to sell our Portsmouth house after renting it out for 6 years. They came highly recommended from other Navy families and the choice to work with them was easy.We worked primarily with Simi, who was responsive and professional at every step. She sold the house quickly for close to asking price and then spent the next month riding herd on contractors to get all of the work done to the house that was required in order to close. Tammy and Simi helped me with the sale of a house as well as the purchase of a new house. From the moment I met with them I felt like we were already friends. They were always available to me whether it was early mornings, late nights or even while they were both on vacation. Even after I moved in, they helped me make contact with local plumbers, electricians, etc. telling me that I am a client for life - and I know that they mean it! Most importantly they were both always real and sincere. I never felt like they were just saying what I wanted to hear or steering me in a particular direction. Even when we hit some bumps along the way their support for me never wavered and they were true professionals through it all. Buying and selling can sometimes be stressful, but they know exactly how to take care of you and will be extremely patient - even making jokes along the way :) They had my best interests at heart and I am so grateful for the both of them. I truly can't imagine having gone through this process with anyone else but Tammy and Simi!
