The Wolf Family, Sima, Lyle and Ian do a fantastic job. They stuck with me through a trying time and went above and beyond to be of service. The best I have ever encountered! I would not recommend Sima or the Wolf team. They are knowledgeable about the process, providing resources and helpful with moving things along, but in retrospect we realize they never had our best interests in mind. They did not negotiate on our behalf nor did they ever point things out that may be of concern to a home buyer. Lyle was not helpful at all whenever we went out for showings or open houses, and it was difficult to coordinate showings with them on the weekends.Sima micromanaged the entire process in order to get the sale everything from using "her" mortgage dude and "this is the guy we usually use to do inspections."
