ZillowVERIFIEDLike many of you, I needed a realtor to sell my home. I checked out the reviews of realtors on Zillow. Trust me, I looked at a lot of them. I?ve had good realtors and not-so-good realtors over the years, and didn?t want to get this one wrong. I narrowed my short list down based on these realtor qualities. 1. How many deals does the realtor do yearly? The more active the realtor?the more negotiating experience they have as they participate in more closings. Silvia is at the top of the list?.Her yearly sales numbers speak for themselves. 2. What type of listings does the realtor get? Are they lower priced homes or higher priced? I figured?go with a realtor that gets a fair amount of higher end seller listings. Why? Those sellers have the most money on the table to lose. Silvia was again at the top of my list in that category. The marketing is what you want if you are a seller. Just look at her active listings where she represents the seller?.any listing you want. Professional photographers, 3D home tours, twilight pictures, drone shots, etc. Silvia?s listings are beautiful. That is what I wanted for my house! Turns out she markets ALL of her listings the same way, not just the expensive ones. 3. What agency are they with? Silvia is with Remax Elite. The Remax brand has the biggest market share in Brevard County by a long shot. I figured most buyers were teaming with Remax agents. If I had a Remax agent to sell my home?then it would be marketed pretty heavily internally within all the Remax offices in Brevard. That?s just what happened. Sold to a buyer also represented by a Remax agent. I kept returning to Silvias name on my short list. We went with her and were happy we did. We sold our home in 1 day with multiple offers well above the asking price. I am convinced her 3D tour had a lot to do with it. Both offers were from people who HAD NEVER set foot in our home. They put in offers based on her pictures and 3D tour. Absolutely amazing! I have had many other realtors represent me in the past. But I will say, my search is over. Silvia Mozer is who I will use going forward in Brevard County. You owe it to yourself to give her a call. You will see then what I?m talking about. I will be buying soon and have Silvia will represent me. Trust me, she is a true asset to have on your side during negotiations! I am usually skeptical of online reviews, but I can personally assure you that all of the reviews of her are 100% accurate!
