They helped us through the whole process from finding and submitting a winning bid on our ideal home, to closing successfully with money back from the sellers(even though our house appraised higher than our bid). I was working with a different realtor at the start of house hunting and wasn't very happy with the communication and response time to my inquiries so a friend suggested to Silvia and her associate Hayley. Right away they were both very friendly and ready to get right to work. Not only was it easy to get in contact with either one through multiple channels, but they were helpful and patient in answering, and making sure I understood the answer, to all of my questions. At one point I was almost just a little under closing and with their tireless effort and extensive knowledge I was able to close on a property that met all of my very specific demands. I can't possibly recommend Silvia and Hayley enough and am truly grateful for all their help and hard work.
