There are not enough good things I can say about Silvana. She was recommended to me by a friend, and I'm so very grateful for that recommendation. I started the home buying process having absolutely no idea how any of it worked, what to look for, what I wanted and didn't want, any of it. I also moved my timeline up at the last second from 6-9 months out, to trying to buy immediately. Silvana didn't bat an eye. She had an answer to every single question I had, a recommendation for inspectors, pest control, contractors, mortgage officer, everything. No matter what time of day, she was there for every last concern, random question, and moment of doubt. Due to her knowledge and expertise, I found what I can safely call my dream home within 3 weeks of beginning my search, and her diligence through every step from initial touring to ensuring contingencies were met, allowed me to close on it less than 3 weeks after that!
