Very unprofessional and unreliable. Worst experience. She is condescending and does not listen. Not one agreement was fulfilled. All of our interactions were frustrating. Her end of the lease was not upheld. I do not wish how she treated us on her. I hope she can take this as a learning moment and improve her care, compassion and customer service.
