She navigated all the negotiations that ensued brilliantly and actually managed to get us a little money off in an extremely strong sellers market. She goes above and beyond as well. We went with an insurance company that required many certification reports from various professionals (certified arborists etc.) She completely streamlined all of that for us which was a huge help.
