If we could give Shoshana Snyder more than 5 stars we would. We both sold our house and purchased our dream house with Shoshana. For the sale aEUR" it went exactly as she said it would. She got us multiple offers over ask on opening weekend, had a line out the door of people waiting to go in, and then helped us navigate the multiple offers to choose the best one. We really appreciated that with our busy life and multiple kids she told us what to expect, and then it went exactly as she said. For the sale, she is the only reason we got our dream house. Its as simple as that. We would not have gotten the house without her. Even post-close, she has been great supplying plenty of referrals on everything from roofers to interior designers to good restaurants. I was generally skeptical of Realtors as their incentives are often misaligned with their clients, but Shoshana would get my highest recommendation (and has aEUR" weve shared her info with friends!)

Shoshana and team helped me to sell my home and purchase my new home. The entire experience was excellent. I was open to a renovation for my new home and they found me a fixer upper in my target location and negotiated a fair price for the Fairfield property as well. While waiting for construction on my new home, we listed my current. The first buyer backed out for personal reasons and while I was in a panic, they had my house back on the market in an hour, scheduled 8 showings for the next day and we received an offer the next day that was over ask!
