I have been around Real Estate, remodeling and building most of my life. I took my love and knowledge of construction and remodeled my first house and each house thereafter, until deciding to build a new home. I designed my family's dream home and worked closely with the contractor throughout the process. I have applied my passion of design/home staging many times since I have moved multiple times due to my husband's career. The last move landed us in Ankeny, a place we intend to call home for years to come. My many years of moving, remodeling and building makes me a great Agent for first time home buyers, those transferring into the area, those wanting to build or the experienced home buyer. First time home buyers get my experience of helping them see how a house can become a Dream Home, either with through sweat equity or just by staging your existing furniture. If you are transferring to the area, I am the girl for you! When my family moved to the area, I looked at all the Des Moines Metro communities, before deciding on Ankeny. All of the area communities offer great things, but as your dedicated agent I will listen to what you need and want and help you figure out where you want to live, then find YOUR home. I love the process of building new homes and helping clients do it too! There are multiple home builders in the area and they each offer something unique. The most important people in my life, who let me do what I love, is Jeff my husband, who I've been married to since 2000, and my 2 daughters who do all-star cheerleading. My oldest daughter is also a Varsity Cheerleader at Ankeny High School. We also have a crazy Boxer puppy named Bentlee who is wild! As a family we love to boat, camp and root on the Ohio State Buckeyes!!!
