An excellent and highly skilled Realtor. Mr. Griffin managed the process with professionalism and integrity. His years of experience was evident by the respect he receives from other realtors and potential buyers. We spent a couple of months upgrading the house per Mr. Griffin's recommendations. Potential buyers, neighbors, and realtors were stopping by the house before we could finish. We did not get a chance to stage the house and hold an open house event.
