We came to a viewing on a Sunday just like Shianne organized after 1 hr commute. When we rang the door, tenants said that she never informed them about a viewing. While I loved working with Shianne in the beginning, our negotiation over the security deposit and move out process has left a strong sense of distaste. Shianne tried to charge us for hundreds of dollars of unwarranted deductions, such as charging us $900 for minor paint scuff that was mostly present before moving in, as well as charging us for professional cleaning when the state of the apartment was in line with normal usage. Please be careful when working with Shianne to make sure she does not unfairly take away your deposit.

Shianne is the hardest working woman in real estate. I've used her services to rent my flat twice and both times she has persevered to find tenants under difficult situations. The first time around we had an issue with drug dealers pretending to be homeless persons in front of our doorway. It was a sporadic issue but was enough to scare away a lot of potential tenants. Shianne used her negotiating skills and persuasiveness to find tenants and cut a deal that made us all happy. Second time around the previous tenants had left the place in shambles.
