She never answered our calls at the meeting point. Then she sent a message to us claiming that she didnt arrange this tour on Sunday, once we shared the screenshots of her messages she didnt respond and didnt acknowledge her mistake. I cannot imagine working an agent and trusting her with renting a unit who cannot even schedule appointments.

Shianne tried to charge us for hundreds of dollars of unwarranted deductions, such as charging us $900 for minor paint scuff that was mostly present before moving in, as well as charging us for professional cleaning when the state of the apartment was in line with normal usage. Please be careful when working with Shianne to make sure she does not unfairly take away your deposit.
