1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
The first step in purchasing a home is to determine how much home you qualify for.
I have hand picked a great team of preferred Lenders that will work hand in hand with you. They establish your credit worthiness, debt to income ratio, down payment status and more. My Lenders ensure that there is no stone left unturned in getting you qualified for a mortgage loan.
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
Marketing and exposure is just the tip of the iceberg. Hiring a great Realtor is the foundation and the glue that brings the sale to close.
3) What types of clients have you worked with?
In my 6 year exerience, I've worked with many types of clients. From the indecisive client, to the "I want it all" client. Every person is treated with the same fairness, respect, patience and professionalism as the next.
4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
One of the most special transactions I've had was a newy divorced young woman. She was relocating from Ohio to Florida. She had nothing but a suitcase looking for a new start.
She withstood every obstacle that came her way with a smile. Altough I'll never forget the smile she had when she told me, "YOU were the God-send that I needed to get through a very tumultous time in Ohio. Thank you for weathering this storm with me!"

5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
I've always had an interest in real estate. But one day, after working on my job for 11 years, I decided to take a leave of absence and take the real estate course. Once I passed the state exam, I never looked back. I'm glad I took a leap of faith and found my passion.
6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
I have worked in the new construction market of real estate. The knowledge I gained is irreplaceable.
