And she understands alot of stuff not only in the real estate part, but also the escrow and loans. Sheryl is also very helpful and diligent in the process. She would let us know what kind of stuff should be done before listing for sale, and also advised us that some other stuff isn't necessary (won't matter much in attracting buyers etc). She really thinks and analyzes the situation before giving advice, not just reading out from some instruction sheets. Her communication is very well done even when via texting, not alot of people portrait such skills nowadays. She is also very respectful in every aspect, and never being short with us even when her schedule is packed. she informed us all she knows but wouldn't coerce us into any decision. She respects our wishes and represent us to negotiate for what we need. She is also very thorough on all paperwork till after closing. Basically, we haven't encountered a realtor like her before. Sheryl is definitely not just about getting a commission. She does care about the clients whom she represents.
