ZillowVERIFIEDThis was a challenging deal to orchestrate in that it involved the selling of two properties (noted above), in order to purchase a single property. The process took some time to complete because of the many challenges that had to be dealt with, too numerous to explain for this review but have made for a very interesting chapter in our lives. Sherry stayed focused throughout the eight month progression keeping all the parties well informed. These parties included; the four families involved in the transactions along with but not limited to Banks, Attorneys and other realtors. Over the eight months of this undertaking many critical dates and objectives needed to be met in order to make the purchase of our new home a success. Sherry never wavered.
