Sherry is amazing! She literally showed us 300 homes and we were very picky. She knew exactly what we were looking for and was knowledgeable about the homes conditions. She is very up front and honest and will tell you to walk away from a home if it's not right. She educated me on what to look for in a home. My personal needs were of no importance - - I was completely misled with excitement at the proposed price I was told my home should sell for, and when it didn't sell right away, I hesitated about moving... but, continual pressure put on me to sell my home at a lower cost than I ever intended...... and, then, to be sold into a home that has proven to be the worst direction I ever could have gone...... I trusted her and , unfortunately "allowed" her to PUSH as she did, which has resulted in the worst outcome, and, it's too late. MY home is gone, and I'm in a home that I never should have purchased, but, as long as she got her commission - - - her needs were met. It has been the worst outcome for me - - - and there is not a thing I can do about it, but warn others.
